these books were a little gift for my grandchildren. They visited at the weekend and used them. All three loved them. The 8 year old took her time and painted beautifully as did the 6 year old, but the youngest who was 4 got half way through her book before the others were still on Page 1. Overall a success and enjoyable time for them

I bought this for a creative friend who is going into hospital - I thought she'd appreciate something small and simple to do when she gets bored, that takes up very little space and is no faff at all. Other than finding something to put water in I think this is ideal. It's also a thing you could do while watching TV or possibly when travelling. As other reviews have said, a loop of paper on the side to hold the brush together with the book would be great. I found the brush a bit too long to have sufficient control, but substituted it for another, which worked well. I used a rinsed-out sauce pot from a takeaway - small and with a lid - for the water, as you only need such a tiny bit.

Bought as a present, recipients loved them. Ordered 5 different ones but got 2 the same, hence the 4*

A super little gift, the paints really work, I was very pleasantly surprised.
I bought them for my grandchildren but I've coloured in a couple myself, it's very relaxing.
